In accordance with Section 3 of the Article 44 of the Federal Law “On subsoil” the following rates of deduction for the reproduction of sources of minerals and raw materials are applied calculated in percent to the value of the first commodity product extracted and traded from actually extracted minerals: groundwater 5.0.
