Abstract
Article 15 of the Federal Law No.150-FZ of 1996 on firearms acquires a new wording: “Legal persons authorized to carry out research, elaboration, testing, manufacturing and decoration of firearms and ammunition, have the right to purchase types, categories and models of firearms envisaged by licence for manufacturing of firearms, their main components and ammunition, specifying that the aforesaid activities are applicable to the hunting organizations as regards hunting firearms and sporting and educational organizations as regards sporting and hunting firearms.”
