This Regulation determines the procedure on development, coordination and approval of rules for the use of water reservoirs, including standard rules for the use of water reservoirs. Rules for the use of reservoirs include rules for the use of water resources of reservoirs, which determine the mode of their use, including the mode of filling and draining of reservoirs, and rules for the technical operation and improvement of reservoirs, which determine the procedure for using their bottom and banks. If the modes of use of several reservoirs, a cascade of reservoirs or a water management system exclude the separate operation of reservoirs, rules for the use of these reservoirs, a cascade of reservoirs or a water management system shall be developed. The development of rules for the use of reservoirs is carried out in accordance with the methodological guidelines for the development of rules for the use of reservoirs, approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation.
