Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes that: (a) the technical and sanitary condition of water reservoirs shall be maintained in accordance with operating rules and regulations set by the owners or operators of waterworks; (b) operating rules and regulations shall be coordinated with state institutions responsible for environmental protection. The Ministry of Natural Resources shall be responsible for validating the operating rules and regulations for water reservoirs.
