Government Resolution No. 581 “On conducting an experiment on the territory of the Russian Federation on the use of the state information system of electronic transport documents for the registration of the transportation of batches of grain and (or) batches of processed grain products”.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for conducting an experiment on the use of the state information system of electronic transportation documents related to batches of grain and (or) batches of processed grain products. The objectives of the experiment are: (a) determining and agreeing with the participants in the experiment on the composition of information related to the transportation of batches of grain and (or) batches of processed grain products required for submission to the state information system of electronic transportation documents; (b) developing mechanisms for the information exchange of electronic transportation documents and the information contained therein between the state information system of electronic transportation documents and the Federal State Information System for the Traceability of Grain and Processed Grain Products; (c) testing the technology for verifying information on the transportation of batches of grain and (or) batches of processed grain products based on data on the quality characteristics of the completed cargo transportation; and (d) assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of the state information system of electronic transportation documents for the transportation of batches of grain and (or) batches of processed grain products. The participants in the experiment are: (a) federal executive bodies authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation to ensure the conduct of the experiment; (b) consignors; (c) carriers; (d) consignees; and (e) operators of electronic transport document information systems.
