Law No. 4973-I “On grain”.

This Law is aimed at the complete satisfaction of the demand of the Russian Federation in alimentary grain, fodder grain and seed grain by proper production on the basis of maximum combination of the interests of the grain producers and the state. The Act consists of VI Sections divided into 21 articles. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II regards state support of the production and the processing of grain. Section III concerns the stock of grain, its formation and use. Section IV deals with grain market. Section V regards export and import of grain. Section VI deals with quality control and use of grain.
