Governmental Decree No. 1201 validating the Regulation on licensing of activity of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs for the performance of work for quarantine phytosanitary disinfection.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for licensing of activity of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs for the performance of work for quarantine phytosanitary disinfection. Licensing of activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for the right to perform disinfection work shall be performed by the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision. Licensing requirements for a legal entity (individual entrepreneur) who applied to the licensing authority with an application for a license for the right to perform disinfection work, shall be as follows: (a) availability of premises, buildings, structures and other objects that are not residential housing edifices and belonging to the applicant on the right of ownership or on other legal basis, that are necessary for the performance of the declared disinfection works; (b) possession by applicant for license on the right of ownership or other legal basis of control devices and systems, signaling, warning and protection equipment necessary for the performance of the declared works on disinfection, including drying chambers, temperature reduction chambers, instruments and control sensors and measurements of temperature indicators and humidity indicators, devices pressure measurements; and (c) possession by applicant for license of certification for instruments, sensors and equipment.
