Governmental Decree No. 1430 validating the Regulation on technological indicators of the best available technologies in the field of wastewater treatment using centralized drainage systems of settlements or urban districts.

This Governmental Decree defines the list and indicators of technological indicators of the best available technologies in the field of wastewater treatment with the use of centralized sewerage systems of residential areas or urban districts. Technological indicators are set separately for treatment facilities destined for the treatment of mixed (urban) waste water, and for sewage treatment plants intended for surface wastewater, taking into account the capacity of treatment facilities, categories of which in terms of power are determined according to Annex N 1, as well as categories of waterbodies or their parts into which waste water is discharged. For sewage treatment plants intended for the treatment of mixed (urban) wastewater, technological indicators are set in the form of average annual concentrations of pollutants in mixed (urban) wastewater discharged into waterbodies, according to Annex No. 2. For sewage treatment plants intended for cleaning surface wastewater, technological indicators are set in the form of average annual concentrations of pollutants in surface wastewater discharged into waterbodies, according to Annex No. 3.
