Governmental Decree No. 1462 validating the Regulation on the particulars of turnover and use of gill nets in the regions of the North and Far East of the Russian Federation.

This Regulation defines the specifics of the turnover and the use of gillnets, which are a type of net tools for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources, in areas of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation in the process of performance of recreational fishing. The use of gill nets shall be authorized for individual personal needs by the Russian nationals with accounted, registered and single-piece marked gill nets in fishing areas destined for recreational fishing in the presence of fishing authorization.
