Governmental Decree No. 1509 validating the Regulation on particulars of management, protection, reproduction of forests located on agricultural land.

This Governmental Decree establishes particulars of management, protection, reproduction of forests located on agricultural land. It shall not be applicable to land reclamation protection forest belts. Forests located on agricultural land shall be subject to development in compliance with specific purposeful use of such land. Management, guardianship, protection and care of forest located on agricultural land shall be performed by land proprietors in accordance with the provisions of forest legislation and this Governmental Decree. In forests located in water protection zones, as well as in protected spawning strips of forests located on agricultural land clear cutting is prohibited. Forest managers of forests located on agricultural land, and land proprietors are required to observe rules of fire safety in the forests, rules of sanitary safety in forests, rules of forest care.
