Governmental Decree No. 1606 validating the Regulation on the operation of waterworks and ensuring safety thereof, the permit for construction and operation of which has been revoked (including unsafe waterworks), ownerless waterworks or with unknown owner or whose owner is unknown or whose owner renounced the right of ownership.

This Governmental Decree establishes the procedure for the operation of waterworks and ensuring safety thereof, the permit for construction and operation of which has been revoked (including unsafe waterworks), ownerless waterworks or with unknown owner or whose owner is unknown or whose owner renounced the right of ownership. Operation of waterworks shall be performed by the owner of the facility and/or the operating organization exclusively in the presence of the operating permit of waterworks issued by the authorized state institution entitled with the task of performing federal state supervision in the field of safety of waterworks. Operation of waterworks shall be performed in accordance with the operating procedure validated by the owner of this facility and and/or the operating organization and coordinated with the body of state supervision.
