Abstract
The Prime Minister decrees that requirements for the regime of protection of the crops containing narcotic means or psychotropic substances or their precursors, shall be established by Federal Service of National Guard of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
