Governmental Decree No. 341 validating the Regulation on the particulars of crossing the state border of the Russian Federation by Russian and foreign vessels at sea.

The Government authorizes the procedure of notification of border authorities of the Federal Security Service of the intention to repeatedly cross the state border of the Russian Federation at sea by the Russian vessels entering Russian inland waters and the territorial sea of the Russian Federation for the purpose of transshipment of catches of aquatic biological resources extracted (caught) in areas determined by the Government of the Russian Federation and subject to delivery to the territory of the Russian Federation under unfavorable hydrometeorological conditions that do not allow transshipment of catches of aquatic biological resources outside territorial sea of the Russian Federation.
