Ministerial Decree No. 107 validating the Regulation on crossing of state border of the Russian Federation by the Russian fishing vessels for transhipment in the internal sea and territorial sea of the Russian Federation.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of issuance of authorization for crossing of state border of the Russian Federation by the Russian fishing vessels for transhipment catch of aquatic biological resources, fish and fish products in the internal sea and territorial sea of the Russian Federation. It shall be applicable to the Russian fishing vessels carrying out fisheries in the EEZ and territorial sea of the Russian Federation except for fishing vessels in possession of multiple border crossing authorization. Authorization shall be issued by frontier guard body. In order to obtain border crossing authorization shipmaster shall inform frontier guard body by telephoned message or by fax no less than 6 hours prior to crossing of the border.
