Governmental Ordinance No.1946-r of 2003 regarding validation for the period of 2004 of total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for foreign states set in accordance with international fisheries agreements signed by the Russian Federation.

The Government orders to validate for the period of 2004 total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for foreign states set in accordance with international fisheries agreements signed by the Russian Federation in accordance with the Annex 1 ; total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for the purpose of stock enhancement and repopulation in accordance with the Annex 2 ; total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for artisanal and sporting fisheries distributed among the Russian regions which territories adjoin coastal area in accordance with the Annex 3.
