Abstract
The Government orders to validate the following list of amendments: 1). In the Governmental Ordinance No.1946-r in the Annex 2 the positions « bream » and « pike-perch » must be indicated the figures « 36, 2 » and « 7, 2 »; the Annex must be supplemented with the following footnote: « On account of quotas allocated to Russia in accordance with the protocol of the XV th session of the Russian-Ukrainian Fisheries Commission for fishing area in the Sea of Azov ». 2). In the Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r the Annexes must be supplemented with the following footnote : « On account of quotas allocated to Russia in accordance with the protocol of the XV th session of the Russian-Ukrainian Fisheries Commission for fishing area in the Sea of Azov ».

Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r of 2003 regarding validation for the period of 2004 of total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for industrial purposes in inland waters, territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation in the Baltic sea, the Black sea, as well as in the Sea of Azov and in the Caspian sea and in the lower reaches of rivers flowing into seas (coastal fisheries), distributed among Russian regions which territories adjoin coastal zone.
Governmental Ordinance No.1946-r of 2003 regarding validation for the period of 2004 of total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for foreign states set in accordance with international fisheries agreements signed by the Russian Federation.

Order No.33 of 2004 of the Federal Fisheries Agency setting quotas for catch of sturgeon fish species for the purpose of their reproduction for the period of 2004.
