Governmental Ordinance No.1948-r of 2003 regarding validation for the period of 2004 of total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for proper consumption (personal consumption) of indigenous scanty population and ethnic communities of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation.

The Government orders to validate for the period of 2004 of total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for proper consumption (personal consumption) of indigenous scanty population and ethnic communities of the North, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation whose way of life, employment and economy traditionally depend upon catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity, distributed among Russian regions which territories adjoin coastal zone, in accordance with the Annex.
