Premier orders to make the following amendments to the Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r: 1. section “Far Eastern basin” must be supplemented with the position “Sakhalin Region”; 2. section must be supplemented with table 57 “Chatka crab”; 3. in the table 1 of the Annex 2 in the position “Greenling” the number “28147” must be substituted with the number “32147”. Section “Ringed seal” of the Governmental Ordinance No.1948-r must be supplemented with the following wording: “Chukotka Autonomous Area 5.850”.

Governmental Ordinance No.1947-r of 2003 regarding validation for the period of 2004 of total allowable catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for industrial purposes in inland waters, territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation in the Baltic sea, the Black sea, as well as in the Sea of Azov and in the Caspian sea and in the lower reaches of rivers flowing into seas (coastal fisheries), distributed among Russian regions which territories adjoin coastal zone.
