The Governor, for the purpose of rational utilization of quotas for catch of aquatic biodiversity allocated to the Region, decrees to set industrial quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for the period of 2004 according to the Annex (attached) and to validate industrial quotas for catch of aquatic biodiversity for the regional organizations for the period of 2004 according to the Annex (attached).
