Abstract
The Ministry and the National Agency specify that prior to the setting up and registration of the enterprises with foreign investment which activity is connected to large-scale construction or reconstruction that could produce a negative impact on environment, the state ecological expertise must be carried out. Financing and realization of the project must be carried out only in the presence of the positive resolution of the state ecological expertise.
