Joint Order No. P/480 of the Ministry of Economic Development and Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography validating the Regulation on the Commission for compliance with the requirements for official conduct of civil servants and settlement of conflicts of interest in the Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography.

This Joint Order establishes the procedure for setting up and organization of the activities of the Commission for compliance with the requirements for official conduct of civil servants and settlement of conflicts of interest in the Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography. The main tasks of the Commission shall be as follows: (a) assistance in ensuring compliance by the state civil servants of the Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography with restrictions and prohibitions, requirements to prevent and (or) settle conflicts of interest, as well as to ensure that they fulfill obligations set forth by the Federal Law No. 273-FZ "On combating corruption" and other federal laws of requirements related to official conduct and (or) requirements to settlement of conflicts of interests; and (b) assistance in the implementation of measures to prevent corruption in the Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography. The Commission shall verify completeness and reliability of data submitted by the applicants for public office within the Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography and on non-compliance by civil servants with the requirements related to official conduct and settlement of conflicts of interest. The Commission does not consider reports of crimes and administrative offences, as well as anonymous appeals, does not check the facts of the infringement of service discipline (service duty).
