Law No. 461-1 on amendments to the Law on peasant farm in connection with the adoption by the Congress of People’s Deputies of the RSFSR of the resolution on the program of revival of the Russian village and the development of agro-industrial complex and the Law on amendments and addenda to the Constitution.

The Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR decrees to set forth: 1) Article 1 in the following manner “The concept of peasant farm”. 2) Article 4 in the following manner “The right to set up peasant farm”. 3) Article 5 in the following manner “The conditions of concession of the plot of land”. 4) Article 6 in the following manner “The modalities of formation of the stock of land for peasant farming”. 5) Article 7 in the following manner “The modalities of concession of the plots of land out of the reserve stock of land for peasant farming”. 6) Article 8 in the following manner “The particulars of setting up peasant farms by the members of collective farms, state agricultural enterprises and subsidiary agricultural enterprises”. 7) Article 9 in the following manner “Registration of peasant farm”. 8) Article 10 in the following manner “The rights of the citizens setting up peasant farm”. 9) Article 11 in the following manner “The duties of the citizens setting up peasant farms”. 10) Article 12 in the following manner “Land charges”. 11) Article 14 in the following manner “The structure of property and the modalities of its formation”. 12) Article 15 in the following manner “Ownership, possession and management of property”. 13) Article 16 in the following manner “Production activity of peasant farm”. 14) Article 17 in the following manner “The modalities of trade of the commodities produced by peasant farm”. 15) Article 19 in the following manner “Finances of peasant farm”. 16) Article 22 in the following manner “Working activity at peasant farm”. 17) Article 25 in the following manner “State social insurance and welfare for the members of peasant farm”. 18) Article 26 in the following manner “Inheritance of land”. 19) Article 32 in the following manner “The conditions of the cessation of activity of peasant farm”. 20) Article 33 in the following manner “The modalities of the cessation of activity of peasant farm”.
