Abstract
The present Federal Law determines legal, economic and social basis of setting up and functioning of peasant farm. This Federal Law guarantees the right of the citizens to set up peasant farms and carry out autonomously their activity. The Federal Law consists of 9 Sections. that contain 23 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-2) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 3-5) establishes the modalities of setting up peasant farm. Section 3 (arts.6-10) regards the property of peasant farm. Section 4 (arts. 11-13) regards plots of land conceded or purchased for the purpose of setting up peasant farm. Section 5 (arts.14-18) regards members of peasant farm. Section 6 (art. 19) regards activity of peasant farm. Section 7 (art. 20) regards associations of peasant farms. Section 8 (arts. 21-22) regards cessation of activity of peasant farm. Section 9 (art. 23) lays down final and transitional provisions.
