Law No.89/2002-OZ regarding setting up special budgetary fund for reproduction and protection of water basins in the Moscow Region.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of formation and utilization of finances of special budgetary funds for reproduction and protection of water basins in the Moscow Region. Special budgetary fund for reproduction and protection of water basins in the Moscow Region is set up for financing of arrangements concerning rational use, reproduction and protection of water basins in the Moscow Region. Profits and expenditures of the Fund must be accounted for as an organic part of profits and expenditures of the regional budget. Means of the special budgetary fund for reproduction and protection of water basins in the Moscow Region cannot be used for the purposes other than those complying with the purposes of special budgetary fund. The Regional Law consists of 7 Articles. Article 1 lays down the general provisions. Article 2 regards the modalities of the formation of special budgetary fund for reproduction and protection of water basins in the Moscow Region. Article 3 establishes expenditure items of special budgetary. Article 4 regards management of the finances of special budgetary fund. Article 5 regards accountability and reporting. Article 6 deals with inspection over the utilization of the finance of special budgetary fund. Article 7 regards the modalities of enactment of the present Regional Law.
