Ministerial Decree No. 1004 amending Ministerial Decree No. 44 of 2000 on the creation, exploitation and use of artificial islands, constructions and equipment in the inland seabasins and territorial sea of the Russian Federation.

Paragraph two of the item 9 shall acquire the following wording: “shall be carried out by the authorized executive body for control and supervision in the sphere of nature management in case of creation, exploitation and use of artificial islands, constructions and equipment in the inland seabasins and territorial sea of the Russian Federation for the purpose of research, survey and extraction of mineral resources of the marine depth and marine water, and also for recreational purposes”.
