Ministerial Decree No. 1052 amending some governmental decrees.

In the Ministerial Decree No. 404 validating the Regulation on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology subitem 5.2.51 shall be substituted with the following wording: “5.2.51. the modalities of carrying state registration and keeping state register of the objects of wildlife (except for species non inhabiting protected areas and not recorded in Red Book of the Russian Federation) and state monitoring of the objects of wildlife (except for species not inhabiting protected areas and non recorded in Red Book of the Russian Federation).” Ministerial Decree No. 450 validating the Regulation on the Ministry of Agriculture shall be supplemented with subitems 5.2.252 and 5.2.253 of the following wording: “5.2.252. the modalities of carrying state registration and keeping state register of the objects of wildlife subject to hunting; 5.2.253 the modalities of state monitoring of the objects of wildlife subject to hunting.”
