Ministerial Decree No. 1179 amending Ministerial Decree No.794 regarding common state system of the prevention and liquidation of emergencies.

Item 29 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In case of introduction of increased preparedness regime or emergency situation that can have impact on safety of the vital activity of the population and requiring additional protection measure for protection of the population and territory against emergencies caused by natural and technological disasters one of the following response levels shall be applied: (a) objective; (b) local; (c) regional (intermunicipal); (d) federal; and (e) special”.
