Ministerial Decree No. 167-p regulating purchase and sale of firearms and ammunition for civic use

In order to keep up the interest of state hunting organizations, hunting associations, natural and juridical persons, in maintaining and recreating of state wildlife species and in accordance with the proposal of the fishing and hunting national association of Russia (ROSOKHOTRYBOLOVSOYUZ), the Ministry of Agricultural Products of the Russian Federation, with approval of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation, with this Ministerial Decree grants some financial incentives for purchase and sale of firearms and ammunition for civic use.
