Ministerial Decree No. 191 amending some legislative acts in the sphere of hunting.

Item 5.5-6 of the Ministerial Decree No. 400 validating the Regulation on the Federal Nature Management Supervision Service shall be amended to add the following wording: “coordination with the regional executive bodies of restrictions and prohibition of wild fauna species including hunting resources (except for fish species).” Item 5.2.38 of the Ministerial Decree No. 404 validating the Regulation on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology shall be amended to add the following wording: “and also decision-making on regulation of the number of hunting resources.” Item 5.2.51 of the Ministerial Decree No. 404 validating the Regulation on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology shall be amended to add the following wording: “the modalities of registration and record keeping of wild fauna species, state monitoring thereof, including hunting resources and natural habitats thereof, and also application of the obtained data.”
