Ministerial Decree No. 232 on some competencies of federal executive bodies in the sphere of forest relations.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that Federal Forest Agency shall be responsible for registration of forest plots within forest fund if they are located within the boundaries of forest districts and forest parks. Item 5.2.25-26 of the Ministerial Decree No. 450 validating the Regulation on the Ministry of Agriculture shall be amended to add the following wording: "5.2.25-26. modalities of selective logging in the protection forests and in case of selective logging in the forests located on protected areas – by agreement with the Ministry of natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation".
