Ministerial Decree No. 281 concerning fire-extinguishing organization of forests.

The Premier decrees to establish that the following arrangements shall be considered fire-extinguishing organization of forests: (a) clearing of fire-breaks; (b) operation of fire extinction basins; (c) operation of barriers restricting stay of citizens in forests with a view of ensuring fire safety in the forests; (d) creation and keeping of fire barrages; and (e) installation and keeping of stands and other indications containing information on fire safety arrangements in the forests.
