Ministerial Decree No. 289 amending Ministerial Decree No. 733 validating the Regulation on the State Committee on Fisheries.

This Ministerial Decree amends Ministerial Decree No. 733 by adding the following phrases: “list of aquatic biological resources authorized for fisheries.” to sub-item 5.3.11; “list of fishing vessels, fishing gear and fishing methods for coastal fisheries.” to sub-item 5.3.22; “allocation in accordance with the established modalities to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs of industrial quotas, quotas for coastal fisheries of anadromous, catadromous and transboundary fish species, and also quotas of the Russian Federation in fishing areas regulated by the international agreements on fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources.” to sub-item 5.5.6.
