Ministerial Decree No. 31 amending some legislative acts related to protection and management of wild fauna.

Item 5.3.14 of the Ministerial Decree No. 400 validating the Regulation on the Federal Nature Management Supervision Service is amended to add the following phrase: “5.3.14 carrying out arrangements for acclimatization, transfer and hybridization of wildlife species subject to hunting”; Item 5.5 of the Ministerial Decree No. 400 validating the Regulation on the Federal Nature Management Supervision Service is amended to add the following phrase: “5.5. issues hunting authorization in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation”. Item 5.3 of the Ministerial Decree No. 404 validating the Regulation on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology is amended to add the following wording: “5.31. carries out organization of semi-captive breeding of wildlife species subject to hunting; 5.3. carries out organization of state registration and state monitoring of the objects of wildlife;».
