Ministerial Decree No. 313 amending Ministerial Decree No. 370 validating the Regulation on the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Item 1 shall be supplemented with the wording “forest relations” while the wording “management, protection, conservation of forest estate and forest reproduction” shall be excluded. It shall be supplemented with sub-items 5.2.40.1 – 5.2.40.6 of the following wording: “5.2.40.1 the modalities of calculation of the estimated wood-cutting area, forest management for the purpose of geological study and exploration of mineral deposits, forest pathological monitoring, zoning of forest seeds, forest declaration, the state and the municipal evaluation of forest management; 5.2.40.2 the modalities of timber extraction, procurement of soft resin, non-timber products, agro-forestry, recreation, construction, timber processing, forest reproduction, afforestation and forest nursery;”.
