Ministerial Decree No. 314 amending Ministerial Decree No. 13 enforcing the regulations on the hunting of endangered wildlife species that are under the protection of the Russian Federation.

Item 2 shall be amended by adding the following phrase: “Hunting and capture of endangered species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation shall be authorized in exceptional cases for the purpose of species conservation, population monitoring, protection of human health, prevention of agricultural and domesticated animal disease, and for the traditional needs of sparsely distributed indigenous peoples.”
