Ministerial Decree No. 359-p on carrying out experimental fixing of hunting fees in some regions of the Russian Federation.

The government of the Russian Federation, in consideration of the proposal of some regional authorities mentioned in the text and in accordance with the proposal of the Ministry of Agricultural Products approved by the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Finance, decrees to implement in the mentioned regions the experimental settling of the hunting fees. The Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Agricultural Products and other Federal Authorities of the Russian Federation are obliged to take into account the results of this experimental settling in the process of elaboration, in compliance with Ministerial Decree No. 981-p of 17 July 1995, of the draft of the Law on the modalities of payment and the maximum limits of hunting fees for wildlife species subject to hunting.
