Abstract
This Ministerial Decree fixes maximum limits for hunting permit fees for wildlife species liable to hunting exclusively with hunting permit. It regulates hunting fees on the basis of such unit of measure as minimum monthly salary for a single animal or for a day of hunting on a single species. The Decree fixes that in case of hunting on a group of species hunting fee may be doubled. Hunting fees for young wildlife species, up to one year of life, is established in relation to the hunting fees for adult species at the rate of 30-50%. Hunting of listed wildlife species without an individual hunting permit is considered illegal and is liable to prosecution.
