Ministerial Decree No. 369 validating the Regulation on identification of the plots of agricultural land that are not used for agricultural production.

The Premier validates the list of evidence attesting the disuse of the plots of agricultural land for the production of agricultural commodities: (a) non-cultivation of crops on arable land and non-tillage; (b) non haymaking is performed; (c) percentage of weeds over 30 percent; (d) non grazing is performed; (e) non care and no harvest of perennial crops; (f) amount of shrubbery covers over 15 percent of land area; and (g) waterlogging exceeds 20 percent.
