Abstract
This Governmental Decree establishes that signs of non-use of agricultural land plots for their intended purpose shall be as follows: (a) the presence of overgrowth on 50 and more percent of the land area of weeds according to the list according contained in the Annex and (or) woody shrub vegetation (with the exception of field and forest protection plantations, fruit and berry plantations), and (or) the presence of turf, characterized by the interlacing of roots, shoots, rhizomes of perennial weeds, the depth of which reaches 15 or more centimeters (except for the presence of turf on land plots intended and used for grazing farm animals), and (or) spread of land degradation; and (b) the presence of the signs specified in the second paragraph of this clause by 20 and more percent of the area of the land plot assigned in the established order to particularly valuable productive agricultural land. Signs of the use of agricultural land plots in violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation shall be as follows: (a) presence of unauthorized construction on agricultural land plot; (b) soil pollution by hazardous and radioactive substances; (c) littering of 20 and more percent of land by substances and items not related to agricultural production; and (d) massive presence of weeds, in particular, weeds subject to quarantine, on agricultural land plot.
