Ministerial Decree No. 414 validating the Regulation on sanitary safety in forests.

This Ministerial Decree establishes common rules and regulations regarding the following measures aimed at protecting forests against pests and their negative impacts: (a) forest protection zoning; (b) forest pathology inspection and monitoring; (c) sanitary felling; and (d) establishing sanitary requirements for forest management. In the process of forest pathology monitoring, information on the state of forests, including litter, drying and pollution, shall be collected and processed.
