Abstract
The Prime Minister establishes that fishing authorization for resource research of aquatic biological resources in the EEZ of the Russian Federation shall be issued by the Federal Fisheries Agency with the approval of the Federal Security Service. Russian nationals and foreigners carrying out fisheries in the EEZ of the Russian Federation shall submit without hindrance reports on amount of catch, fishing period, fishing gear and transhipment.
