Ministerial Decree No. 469 on validation of limits of maximum discharge of substances and microorganisms into water bodies.

This Ministerial Decree prescribes limits on the maximum discharge of substances and microorganisms into water bodies for water users set by the Federal Water Resources Agency in agreement with the Federal Hydrometeorological and Environmental Monitoring Service, Federal Consumer Protection and Epidemiological Well-Being of the Population Service, Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Service and the Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service, taking into consideration the proposals of water users elaborated in accordance with the limits of maximum impact on water bodies.
