Ministerial Decree No. 486 amending some legislative acts related to waste management and waste disposal.

Item 3 of Ministerial Decree No. 827 regarding validation of the Regulation on examination of applications for authorization of use of subsoil for burial of radioactive, toxic and other hazardous waste at profound depth ensuring localization of such waste shall acquire a new wording: “copies of licences for management of radioactive waste and hazardous waste of I-IV hazardousness class”. Item “c” of Ministerial Decree No. 524 validating the Regulation on licensing the collection, use, recycling, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste shall acquire a new wording: “copy of favourable conclusion of environmental audit of project documentation related to disposal and processing of hazardous waste of I-IV hazardousness class if the applicant intends to use facilities for collection, management, processing, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste of I-IV hazardousness class except for facilities that had been put into operation or the construction of which had been authorized before entry into force of the present Decree”.
