Ministerial Decree No. 492 amending some legislative acts.

Item 11 of the Ministerial Decree No.865 of 1997 regarding validation of the Regulation on licensing of activity in the field of utilization of nuclear energy shall be amended to add the following wording: “reference data related to the conclusions of environmental audit and reference data related to sanitary and epidemiological conclusions related to management of nuclear materials and radioactive substances.” Item 8 of the Ministerial Decree No. 1303 validating the Regulation on the safety of waterworks shall be amended to add the following wording: “8. Safety declaration, signed by the applicant, must contain the following: (a) general information on waterworks; (b) safety analysis of waterworks including potential risks; (c) data related to the readiness of the operator to localize and fix potential damages; (d) modalities of warning of the population and the competent authorized state institutions of emergency situations and disasters originating at waterworks; (e) conclusions, containing assessment of safety level of the waterworks; (f) reference data of the Ministry of Civil Protection, Emergency Situations and Mitigation of the Consequences of Natural Disasters on to the readiness of the operator to localize and fix potential damages; and (g) other data related to the safety of waterworks.”
