Ministerial Decree No. 545 amending Ministerial Decree No. 461 regarding validation of the Regulation on the modalities for the elaboration and validation of standards of the formation of waste and the limits on its disposal.

Item 6.1 shall be amended to add the phrase: “Limits on waste disposal in subsoil for legal persons in possession of a licence to use subsoil to bury toxic and hazardous waste shall be set by territorial bodies of the authorized institution for the duration of the licence.” Item 13 shall be amended to add the phrase: “Limits on the disposal of hazardous waste for individual entrepreneurs and legal persons shall be set for the period of duration of the licence for the collection, management, sterilization, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste.”
