Ministerial Decree No. 546 amending Ministerial Decree No. 317 entitling federal executive bodies with some functions in the sphere of fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources.

Paragraph 1 of the item 1 shall acquire a new wording: “The Ministry of Agriculture shall coordinate the list of fishing areas, including the defined areas of water of inland waters (including internal sea of the Russian Federation) and territorial sea of the Russian Federation validated by the regional executive bodies, and shall validate it”. The same item shall be supplemented by sub-item “f” of the following wording: “the modalities of distribution between the regions of the industrial quotas for catch of freshwater fishes”.
