Abstract
The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Federal Service of Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring (ROSGIDROMET) is a specially authorized Federal Executive Body entitled with executive, control, supervision, authorizing, regulating and other functions in the field of hydrometeorology and adjoining spheres. ROSGIDROMET carries out its functions directly and through its territorial branches and subordinate organizations. ROSGIDROMET, its territorial branches and subordinate organizations carry out the activity in the field of hydrometeorology and adjoining spheres jointly with other Federal Executive Bodies and cooperate with Regional Executive Bodies and local administration, social associations, organizations and citizens.
