Ministerial Decree No. 589 amending Ministerial Decree No. 444 validating the Regulation on the Federal Fisheries Agency.

Item 5.5.27 shall be amended to add the following wording: “to ensure control and supervision over enforcement of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources except for those within protected areas of federal significance and protected species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation, and also to ensure safe navigation of fishing vessels and rescue and salvage operations in the fishing areas.”
