Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes rates for compensation of damages caused to protected plant species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation and natural habitats thereof by the infringement of environmental legislation. It envisages the following categories of offences: (a) illegal procurement and collection of protected plant species; and (b) destruction of the areas of areas of vegetation of protected plant species.
