Head of the Chief Directorate of biological diversity orders to validate fees for the calculation of damage caused by legal and natural persons by illegal hunting or annihilation of surface mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and surface invertebrate (Annex 1) ; fees for the calculation of damage caused by legal and natural persons by illegal hunting or annihilation of protected wildlife species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation (Annex 2) ; fees for the calculation of damage caused by legal and natural persons by illegal picking, procurement or annihilation of protected plant species and mushrooms, recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation, and by annihilation, exhaustion and destruction of the places of their growth (Annex 3). The present fees are applicable to the wildlife species, plant species and mushrooms, permanently or temporarily present in its natural habitats on the territory (defined area of water) of the Russian Federation, its continental shelf and within its EEZ.
